1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Joy Haus Co’s website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including any updates or modifications we make. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Policies

Booking & Payment:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your rental date.

  • The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event.

  • Payments can be made via ENTER PAYMENT METHODS.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • 30+ days notice: 100% refund.

  • 15–29 days notice: 50% refund.

  • Less than 15 days notice: non-refundable.

  • Weather-related cancellations (rain, storms, high winds, or acts of God): No refunds; 100% credit valid for 6 months.

Setup & Supervision:

  • A suitable setup area must be provided, free of hazards.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times during use.

  • Equipment must not be moved or altered after setup.

3. Liability Limitations

Joy Haus Co is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from improper use, lack of supervision, weather, or unsafe conditions. The renter assumes full responsibility for safe use of equipment during the rental period.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, are the property of Joy Haus Co and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at www.joyhausco.com/privacy.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing legal action.

7. Modification of Terms

Joy Haus Co reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in California courts.
